Lanyan Chen is an ICCIC member since 1994 and has published her research on ICCIC 's cooperatives previously in her book on Gender and Chinese Development: Towards an Equitable Society. She is now teaching in the Department of Social Welfare and Social Development at Nipissing University, North Bay, Ontario, Canada.
