Main agenda items:
9:00-12:00am, Members’ meeting
● Review and approve Work Report, Financial Report,
● Review and approve Constitution Revision,
● Review and approve Strategic Development Plan
● Election of The Executive Committee of the 5th GA
12:00-14:00pm, Lunch at Bailie School canteen
In view of the great increase in membership, the high cost of travel, and the limited reception capacity in Beijing, it was resolved at the last Executive meeting that physical attendance would be limited to representatives and invited guests. Other members should particpate by mail as provided in the constitution.
