On October 15, 2025, the founding ceremony of the Bailie International Education-Industry Alliance Working Committee of ICCIC-Gung Ho, jointly initiated and hosted by the ICCIC-Gung Ho and Beijing Bailie University, was grandly held at the George Hogg Hall of Beijing Bailie University. The event was honored to welcome distinguished leaders and guests, including Huang Mengfu, Vice Chairman of the 10th and 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Sun Tao, Director of the American and Oceanian Affairs Department of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Leaders and guests from the education and industrial sectors at home and abroad, as well as representatives from member units, gathered together to witness this important moment in promoting the internationalization of vocational education and the deep integration of industry and education. The founding ceremony featured an offline main venue with simultaneous online live streaming, and over a hundred representatives from member units and guests attended the meeting in person.
 
The meeting was presided over by Michael Crook, Chairman of the ICCIC-Gung Ho and Director of Beijing Bailie University. Michael Crook first extended a warm welcome and sincere thanks to all the guests, introduced the main participants, and presented the more than 120 member units that joined the alliance in the first batch, nearly 80 of which were represented by attendees at the ceremony.

Yu Lin, the legal representative of the ICCIC-Gung Ho and the President of Beijing Bailie University, delivered the welcome speech.

Mr. Xiaolin Xiner, Chairman of the Japan Foreigners Comprehensive Education Support Organization, also sent a video message of congratulations and prospects.
